Supernatural (Spoilers)

Due to an unfortunate illness befalling me, I have not a single journal prompt to present you with. However, I do have a very interesting topic to discuss (or rather, rant) about: Supernatural. No, not the paranormal type. Yes, the television show.
Season ten is premiering this upcoming Tuesday. So many things happened in the season nine finale that I am overly excited to see what is going to follow. There has been trailers, sneak-peeks, still shots, and more to prepare us for the emotional wrecks I'm sure the writers are intending us to become. Firstly, we have the problem that Dean is now a demon - thanks very much to Crowley. I suppose we can't complain. After all, if Crowley hadn't brought him back we would have lost him for good and, perhaps, the last time (yes, I do mean he has been brought back before). Then again, we must keep in mind the ever-philosophic question: is it truly Dean? Despite his soul being intact, it is twisted. There is no demon possessing him. It's his own soul that is the demon now, taking a new twist on the old saying "a war withing." In my opinion, it is not truly Dean. Dean began dying the second he took on the Mark of Cain.
Secondly, we have another major problem: Castiel's fading Grace. Without his Grace, he is likely to die. Also, we all know how loyal Cas is to the Winchesters. Thus why it had been revealed that Cas is more concerned with Dean's soul than his own situation. I am very worried about Cas and what the fallout many be. However, I can not see the writers killing him off just yet. He is too important of a character (yeah, I know, I say that about all characters).
What do you think, fellow hunters? What are your opinions on the upcoming season?
